I have 11 employees 6 technicians and 5 clerically office staff including myself.
Hours are Monday-Friday 730am-4pm
Service Technicians complete anywhere from 4-10 service calls a day
No vehicles will be stored onsite except one spare service van which will be parked on my property in parking lot
All parts are stored in the building or inside vans. Nothing will be stored outside.
All technicians store their vans at home.
Except for team meetings vans are not on site at same time.
Repairs can vary from anywhere from 25% on site to 65%
We sell retail parts over the counter
