Quality Fence Builders proposes the following for the above referenced project:
• Furnish and install approximately 27 ll 6’ wood fence.
o Posts to be 4x4 wood inset with steel pipe and moun ted to steel plates. (surface
mounted)
o Includes (1) pedestrian gate prepped for exit hardware.
▪ Gate to 7’ height steel framed with wood infill. (surface mounted)
▪ Supply and install of exit hardware by others.
ONE LUMP SUM OF $ 5,790.00
We have excluded:
Clearing Staking the Fence Line Temporary Fence
Grading Fence Grounding Set or Supplying Sleeves
Core Drilling Hazardous Waste Training Hazardous Waste Treatment
Painting or Equipment or Removal
Permits Bond Sales and Use Tax
Fence Removal Excess Liability & USL&H Ins. Underground Utility Location
Surveying/Engineering Traffic Control / Flagging Concrete Mowing Strip
Union Wages Federal Wages Locks,Passage Hardware & Installation
**** General Liability and Auto Coverage is $1,000,000.00 Each ****
Prices are good for 15 days.
Past due charges are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month. In the event of legal action to
enforce this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonabl e attorney’s fees.
