This new project, called GRA- 25 Victory Hill, begins at 720 S 23rd St and winds east through the paved residential neighborhoods. According to iMap, there is a mapped erosion hazard, coal mine hazard, and a 3” culverted stream at 1011 S 22nd Court (parcel 889870-0820). I plan on submitting a Critical Areas Exemption for this maintenance project. Similar to the GRA-16 Royal Hills project, could you provide the waiver document for the following: Arborist Report Biological Assessment Flood Hazard Data Stream or Lake Study Tree Cutting/Land Clearing For your reference, a street view of the culverted stream is below.
