Barry—Since there’s been a lot of back and forth iterations, can you have your team update the attached excel comments sheet (see attached email) so that I we can keep track of where we are in this review/approval process. A brief review of the emails indicates that we’re waiting on the “dead man” blocking plan for the proposed water distribution main. The storm and sewer lines, from what I’m seeing, are settled issues. However, we’d like this formalized in that document (the comment sheet); I’ve started it off on our end, but haven’t received a completed/filled-in version on your end. Is that something your team can do so that we can verify what items are still outstanding, and settle these so we can close this out? Thanks, Ryan Manning, P.E. We had discussed whether or not a solution could be found utilizing the existing catch basin (without replacement) or if that catch basin had to be removed than the basin further upstream would be used and the existing conveyance system located over the SPU main would be removed between the CB's. After reviewing the applicant's proposal to utilize CB #10475 and maintain the existing outfall alignment using an HDPE sweep, we have determined that removal of the pipe back to CB #10495 will not be required. Of course, if field conditions warrant removal during construction I will contact you regarding the alignment. Thank you and please let me know if you have any questions. MICHAEL S.
