The boundary survey is submitted with this response. 2. The updated civil utility plans in the civil construction plan set show a 12- inch looped water main and are submitted with this response. 3. The Fire Marshal has preliminarily indicated Grasscrete type fire access roadways are acceptable in an October 22, 2018 email. The email has been submitted with this response. This will be confirmed with Staff during review of the civil construction permit plan set. 4. Minimum vertical separation has been provided in all but two locations. Additional protection measures are provided where minimum vertical separation is not achieved. These measures will generally consist of casing pipe and Controlled Density Fill consistent with the Washington State Department of Ecology and Department of Health’s Pipeline Separation Design and Installation Reference Guide. Profiles will be included in the civil construction permit plan set. 5. The applicant does not propose new shoreline stabilization measures and is not requesting consideration as a Disconnected Migration Area. Please see letter from The Watershed Company, C_ConcreteallClarification_200724.pdf regarding Concrete Wall Clarification, which includes evidence of permitting and establishment of existing shoreline stabilization measures on the property. 6. The requested stand-alone grading plan for the shoreline buffer area is submitted with this response. See sheets W4, W5 and W6 in the P_PlansSheets_200728_v2.pdf 7. The requested view corridor analysis is submitted with this response. 8. The revised plans with reduced trail width and pervious material are submitted with this response. 9.
