Subject: 200 Mill Ave Lot Line Adjustment
Dear Amanda:
Thank you for this opportunity to provide a proposal for surveying services for the 200 Mill Ave project in
Renton, Washington. We understand you wish to reorient the property lines in anticipation of future
development of the site. With that in mind, we offer the following scope of work and fees.
Scope of Work Fee
05 Boundary Line Adjustment: Mead Gilman & Associates (MGA) will utilize the
existing ALTA survey and will prepare a Lot Line Adjustment map, topography map,
neighborhood detail map, lot closure calculations, and any quit claim deeds required
for the property transfer. MGA will set the new property corners once the project has
been approved by the city. Legal descriptions and exhibits will be prepared for
reciprocal vehicular, pedestrian, and utility easements. Other documentation will need
to be prepared or provided by outside consultants to complete the submittal.This task
does not include title, city, county, recording, or submittal fees that may be associated
with the project.

The above fees are fixed for the scope of work indicated (unless otherwise noted). Additional work or
revisions will be billed on a time and expense basis at the current Mead Gilman standard fee schedule.
This proposal is valid for 60 days.
If the above scope of work and fees are acceptable, please indicate by signing below and return a copy to
our office at your convenience. We would be able to start the survey within 2-3 weeks of your authorization
to proceed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call and thank you again for the opportunity
to provide this proposal for your project.
