THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between The Seatle police Department(SPD)' a department of the City of Seattle, hereinafter referred to as "SpD", ", ,"pre.ented bythe Chief of Police; and the City of Renton as represented by Mayor, Armondo pavone
The original Agreement is amended as follows. All other terms and conditions of the originalAgreement, as amended, remain in effect.
Article V: PAYMENT
Total compensation under this Agreement is amended from not to exceed $2o,t4o to not toexceed $27,190, an increase of $ggo.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to JAG FylZMemorandum of understanding city of Renton by having their representatives affix theirsignatures below.
