JAG FY17 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING CITY OF RENTON
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between The Seattle Police Department
(SPD), a department of the City of Seattle, hereinafter referred to as "SPD", as represented by
the Chief of Police; and the City of Renton as represented by Mayor, Armondo Pavone
The original Agreement is amended as follows. All other terms and conditions of the original
Agreement, as amended, remain in effect.
ARTICLE I: TERM OF AGREEMENT:
The term of this Interagency Agreement shall be in increased from September 30, 2020 until
September 30, 2021 unless terminated earlier pursuant to the provisions hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to JAG FY17
Memorandum of Understanding City of Renton by having their representatives affix their
signatures below.
