Subject: Notice of Incomplete Application

Dear Mr. Mecum:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject application is
incomplete according to submittal requirements and, the following items will need to be
submitted by December 8, 2020, in order to continue processing your application:
Conditions of Compliance Letter showing that all conditions of approval have been
satisfied.
Public Works Approval - Construction is not substantially complete.
Monument Cards - Final lift of asphalt and monuments are not yet in place.
The City will review the Pre-submittal Documents and provide comments to help facilitate
a complete submittal application and ultimately an approved land use application.
