Subject: Notice of Incomplete Application

Dear Mr. Whitehouse:
According to our records, an incomplete letter was mailed on July 27, 2020, stating additional
information was necessary in order to process the submitted application. Subsequently, the City
provided comments as part of a Pre-Submittal review and revised documents were submitted to the
City. As a reminder, the Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject
application remains incomplete according to the submittal requirements and the following items will
need to be submitted along with the full application in order to deem your application complete:
Conditions of Compliance Letter showing that all conditions of approval have been satisfied.
Public Works Approval - Construction is not substantially complete.
Monument Cards - Final lift of asphalt and monuments are not yet in place.
The City will review the Pre-submittal Documents and provide comments to help facilitate a complete
submittal application and ultimately an approved land use application.
