*All payments to be made through online portal.
*Lease automatically renews unless either party gives 30 days’ notice before the beginning of the next billing cycle
*Tenants will be responsible for any damage or cleanup they cause to the space
*Tenant is onsite for selling T-shirts 4 days out of the week.
*Area where tent will be placed needs to stay clean at all times.
*The Space Owner is not liable for the loss of any goods stored on its premises
I have read and understood the conditions, and agree to be bound by the conditions of this agreement.
