HomeMy WebLinkAboutfence justifacationI disagree with the verbiage. I feel more safe with my fence. My neighbor and his dad harass me. That
side of my fence hasn’t been put up yet. And the people on the corner lot sell drugs and have people
wait outside my house staring into my house all day, who also harass me. All privacy I had has been
taken away by this developer who harasses me, and I can see passed my fence when I am at the stop
sign on sixth and also exiting my property. I’d also like to know if this was a complaint made by my
neighbor Andrew Wenzl who stole my property. His dad, who is in contract with the city, I have had to
call the police on for harassment. I have the police report. Here are also pictures of clear lines of vision.
The only thing that isn’t clear anymore is sight into my home. My car hardly goes beyond the white line
at the stop sign on 6th and my car is not even close to being in the roadway to be able to see. And I can
see with plenty of time to make a rash decision to enter the roadway or not. Here is a video of his crew
using my property without my permission. I have lived in this home for seven years and I am being made
to feel unwelcome in my own neighborhood and uncomfortable. I had to again report the developer to a
police officer who came to my home last August when this developer threatened me. He has walked
onto my property without my permission. He has used my property without my permission. I am
concerned he removed a property steak. He has tried to steal my property without my permission. And I
intend to stay on my property and keep my home for the rest of my life. This fence helps create a noise
barrier for increased traffic in my area, it gives me privacy. People driving by can actually still see over
the top of my fence. It is a good quality cedar fence. It was really expensive and it took a lot of hard work
to put up. I don’t have someone I’ve hired to do this. My dad and my brother are helping me put this
fence up.
