Attached is a copy of the signed permit for your records. Also attached is a copy of the conditions, after the meeting yesterday all documents were sent to me and all conditions have
been satisfied therefore you can begin site work.
A highlight of yesterday’s precon:
· No questions on the pre-con notes
· Nate is preparing a letter notifying the neighbors of the permit issuance
· Site work is anticipated to start in the next few weeks
· Brad requested that a job start be called in to the inspection line at 425.430.7203
It has been a pleasure getting you through the review to the point of permit issuance, as you begin the construction phase Brad will be your primary point of contact moving forward.

So yes Ken and I have reviewed the PreCon notes and we have understood all the required requests.
I just spoke with Finance and she is going to check on the utility box now as the (3) checks were dropped off on Thursday. I was told finance would be calling me back in 10 minutes with
a confirmation.

You should have just seen a meeting invitation come through for next week Tuesday (10/6) for the pre-con. Please forward to your civil/earthwork contractor whose attendance is required
at the meeting. Additionally please do the following:

Glen, both of those days will work. I will send out a meeting invitation tomorrow along with the pre-con notes. Do you have a contact for your contractor that I can send the invitation
to? (note the civil contractor is required to be at the pre-con).

I just spoke to Ken and he is optimistic the surety device will be ready in a week from today, so I would schedule let’s say a week from that Monday, that puts us at the 12th of October.

I wanted to remind you that the building permits for lot 1 and 2 will not be issued until the civil construction permit, C20002384, has been issued.
As a reminder to issue the civil permit the following items will be needed to schedule the pre-con where the permit will be issued. Can you let me know when you expect to have these
complete so I can prepare scheduling of the precon? I know that you are on a tight schedule with your loan, if for any reason you are unable to complete these items in a timeframe that
supports the loan please let me know as I could make all of the below, except for payment of final invoice, a condition of approval and work will not be allowed to commence prior to

The plans for this project have been approved with comments and are being routed for signature. Once signed I will send you a link to download them at. Prior to issuance of the Civil
construction permit we will host a pre-construction meeting at the jobsite where the civil contractor (earthwork/utilities) is required and others are welcome to attend. Once all items
below are received we can schedule the pre-con and I will distribute meeting notes via email in advance with a request to acknowledge they have been read.
The following items are required to be received prior to scheduling the pre-construction meeting:
* Receipt of the required Surety Device

* Required Surety Amount: $106,485.25

* A copy of the Civil Contractor’s license
* A copy of the Civil Contractors City of Renton business license
* The Invoice for the Civil Construction Permit is attached. Payment must be received prior to commencement of the Pre-Construction Meeting. You can pay the invoice in one of three ways
