Jim,
I assume that you will coordinate with May Valley to get their city business license renewed? Regarding the
specialized billing contact, Nathan will need to know the person or entity that is responsible for paying any fees
that may come up during construction. I would assume that this would be you or your LLC. Nathan said that
you could just email the contact info to him. Please reach out to Nathan directly if you have any questions on
this.
I have also printed a set of the approved construction plans for you and May Valley. If you need them now,
you can pick up a copy at our Kent office, or I can have them delivered to you. If not, I will just plan to bring
them to the pre-con meeting. Just let me know which you prefer.

You should have just received an automated email that contains a download link. In this link is the stamped set
of plans for the project. Please print (1) full size set and bring them to the pre-con meeting for our inspector
(Date TBD). The link is only open for a week, please download the files for your record and if you have any
trouble let me know.
I did hear back from licensing regarding May Valley Excavation. The following is what they told me:
They have not renewed the license for 2020. They have also not reapplied at our portal FileLocal.
They do not hold a current business license with us.
If they say the mailed in the payment, I have not been in the office this week, so have not processed
mail until tomorrow or Thursday
I recommend having May Valley contact our licensing team directly at licensing@rentonwa.gov to rectify the
issues.
