Dear Nathan:
On behalf of Dalpay Properties LLC, we are requesting an extension of the preliminary short plat approval
for the Dalpay Short Plat. Per the decision document, the preliminary plat approval expires two years from
the decision date, which would be June 8, 2020. It is our understanding that, pursuant to RMC 4-7-070.M.,
one 1-year extension is allowed.
The civil plans for this project are currently under review and we will be submitting revised plans and
documents soon. If you have any questions concerning this request, please contact me at (425) 251-6222.
Otherwise, we look forward to receiving an extension approval.
