HomeMy WebLinkAboutAdden 1THISAMENDMENT,datedDecember15,2020,isbyandbetweentheCityofRenton(the“City”),aWashingtonmunicipalcorporation,andRH2Engineering(“Consultant”),aWashingtoncorporation.TheCityandtheConsultantarereferredtocollectivelyinthisAmendmentasthe“Parties.”OncefullyexecutedbytheParties,thisAmendmentiseffectiveasofthelastdatesignedbybothparties.Whereas,theCityengagedtheservicesoftheConsultantunderAgreementCAG-20-031,datedJanuary24,2020,toprovidenecessaryservicesfortheRainierandOakdalePumpStationUpgradeProject-AlternativesandFeasibilityEvaluation(referredtohereinasthe“Agreement”);Whereas,thePartieswishtoamendtheAgreementtoaddadditionalscopeofwork andtochangethetimeforperformanceinordertocompleteallworkfortheproject..NOWTHEREFORE,ItismutuallyagreeduponthatCAG-20-031isamendedasfollows:1.ScopeofWork:Section1,scopeofWork,isamendedtoincludeadditionaleasementacquisitionsupportsandmiscellaneousdatacollectionasspecifiedinExhibitA-i,whichisattachedandincorporatedherein.2.TimeofPerformance:Section3,TimeofPerformance,isamended pursuanttotheschedule(s)setforthinExhibitC-i.AllWorkshallbeperformedbynolaterthanDecember31,2021.3.Compensation:Section4,CompensationisamendedsothatthemaximumamountofcompensationpayabletoConsultantisincreasedby$13,500from$65,000to$78,500,plusanyapplicablestateandlocalsaletaxes.TheadditionalcompensationshallbepaidbaseduponWorksactuallypreformedaccordingtotherate(s)oramountspecifiedinExhibitB-i,whichisattachedandincorporatedherein.4.AlltermsoftheAgreementnotexplicitlymodifiedhereinshallremaininfullforceandeffectandsuchtermsshallapplytoWorkperformedaccordingtothisAmendmentasiffullysetforthherein.AMENDMENTNO.1TOAGREEMENTFOR THE RAINIERANDOAKDALEPUMPSTATIONUPGRADEPROJECT-ALTERNATIVESANDFEASIBILITYEVALUATIONCAG-20-031, Adden #1-20
