TRACFONE’S FINAL WITNESS LIST
Pursuant to the agreement of counsel, Appellant TracFone Wireless, Inc. (“TracFone”),
by and through counsel, Lane Powell PC hereby submits its final list of witnesses.
I. WITNESSES
1. Michael Crisp, President Tax Recovery Services {“TRS”). Mr. Crisp was involved in preforming the audit and Assessment of TracFone. He will be asked about the work he performed, the manner in which it was performed and its results and conclusions. 2. Tamara Crisp-TRS. Ms. Crisp is a co-owner of TRS and involved in preforming the audit and Assessment of TracFone. She will be asked about the work she performed, the manner in which it was performed and its results and conclusions. 3. Nate Malone-Tax & License Manager, City of Renton. Mr. Malone was involved in supervising the audit and assessment of TracFone and is expected to testify on these subjects and his work for the City related to the audit and assessment. 4. Chesley Dillon-Vice-President- Corporate Taxation, TracFone. Mr. Dillon will testify about the company’s operations as they relate to Renton’s utility tax and issues related to the assessment received from the City of Renton. 5. Thomas Hilton-CPA. Mr. Hilton is a member of Anders CPAs + Advisors in St. Louis Missouri. He served as the 2019-2020 chair for the Missouri Society of CPAs. He also

serves as an adjunct professor of forensic accounting at the John Cook School of Business at St. Louis University.
Mr. Hilton’s testimony will focus on the conflicts of interest present with the use of contingent fee auditors working with public agencies. His testimony also will address issues with the methodology utilized by the City’s contingent fee auditor, Tax Recovery Services, and the impact on the accuracy of the assessment. TracFone reserves the right to call any witnesses identified by the City of Renton.
