NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RENTON HEARING EXAMINER
RENTON, WASHINGTON
A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on February 2, 2021 at
11:00 am by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:
Solera Master Plan Modification and Site Plan Review Blocks A and B
LUA20-000305, MOD, PP, SA-M, SA-H
Location: 2902 NE Sunset Blvd (APN 7227801205)
The applicant is requesting a Modification to the previously approved Master Site Plan and
Preliminary Plat, Site Plan Review, and Street Modification, for a proposed mixed use development
that would include 651 multi-family residential units and 38,900 square feet of commercial space
located on a 10.8 acres site.

persons and the public are encouraged to attend the meeting by using one of the methods listed below.
