That's a lot of asphalt. This is from the Geotech report. Internal roads can go to 4" AC, 8" CRB and 12" of subbase if needed.

On the Talbot road profiles it is showing all roads to be 8 inch on top of 6 Rock. Inspector recalls this was supposed to be changed inside the plat. Only Talbot widening would require
this thickness. Thoughts?
