They have a section that had failed a few months back. They rebuilt the section and it has failed again. They are on the West property lines of lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13. These walls had been installed years ago before the plat was final, with the exception of lot 13. 19105, 19111, 19115, 19121, 19125 123 ave se.
