The innovative mixed-use coordinated development will include two 13-story office/laboratory towers and a 30,000 SF community center, along with restaurants, retail space, bike lanes, and a new pedestrian connector. Lakepointe Redevelopment, Kenmore, WA Site infrastructure planning for a new 40-acre mixed-use project with numerous site challenges including multi-modal traffic management involving King County, Kenmore, and WSDOT, shoreline development, contaminated soils, and massive existing King County Metro infrastructure on-site. Solera Master Plan, Renton, WA Civil Principal-in-Charge for entitlement and permitting of a 10-acre redevelopment of an existing strip mall to create 150 new townhome units, a senior housing apartment building, and a mixed-use retail and residential apartment building for three owner/developers. Proctor Willows Master Plan, Redmond, WA Principal-in-Charge for comprehensive plan amendment, re-zone, and master plan approval of a 450-unit mixed-use residential development.
