Enclosed is the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the above referenced project. The permit
was issued by the City of Renton on January 21, 2021. A Determination of Non-Significance-Mitigated
was issued by the City’s Environmental Review Committee on September 21, 2020.
We are filing this action with the Department of Ecology and the Attorney General per WAC 173 -14-090.
