Hope you are doing well.
Here is the information that we have on TracFone to come up with the audit. I am not sure if you wanted us to send their tax returns to you. On each return they have put zero for revenues
earned in the City of Renton. In addition, we did not include the sales revenues because there are so many of them and we included these amounts on the tax schedules.
Because they told us that due to their system, they would not be able to come up with the amount that is due to the City of Renton. We then suggested the method that we have included
with this email. They have not disagreed with the method that we came up with for the audit. Let us know if this is okay.
I have also enclosed the close out letter for the audit. If I remember correctly, you asked us to update the interest on the tax schedules so that it would reflect the time that had
gone by with no movement on the audit, so the tax schedules with be different than the close out letter.
