Letter of Understanding of Geological Risk
Walmart Inc., a Delaware Corporation (“Walmart”), in its capacity as applicant for the
above-referenced Land Use Permit Master Application, is aware of the potential risks
associated with performing construction activities on a site subject to a Geological
Hazard Area (“GHA”). Walmart hereby agrees to provide notice of any materially
defective property area(s) of which Walmart is made aware of during its 2020 remodel
expansion construction project to any prospective purchaser of that portion of the site of
which Walmart is aware.
