Grants are available to individuals, organizations, and community groups. The commission is particularly interested in innovative projects that inspire creative participation, especially for underserved community groups. You can find information on 2021 guidelines and the application form online at rentonwa.gov/rmac. The commission will host a virtual instruction and Q&A session on Wednesday, April 7, at 7:00 p.m. Email arts@rentonwa.gov to reserve your seat. • Information about preventative street maintenance, traffic impact projects, and road closures happening this week can be found at http://rentonwa.gov/traffic. All projects are weather permitting and unless otherwise noted, streets will always remain open. Preventative street maintenance, traffic impact projects, and road closures will be at the following locations:  Monday, March 15 through Friday, March 19, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Intermittent lane closures along Park Avenue North between North 30th Street and North 32nd Street for the City of Renton Kennydale 320 Reservoir Capital Improvement Project. Questions may be directed to Joel McCann at 425-757- 9595.  Monday, March 15 through Friday, March 19, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Possible single intermittent lane closures in both directions near the 4550 block of Talbot Road South due to roadway construction. Questions may be directed to Tom Main at 206-999-1833.  Monday, March 15 through Friday, March 19, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Possible single intermittent lane closures in both directions on 168th Avenue SE at SE 120th Street due to utility construction. Randy Corman, Council President Members of Renton City Council Page 2 of 2 March 15, 2021  Monday, March 15 through Friday, March 19, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Intermittent lane closures on South 3rd Street and South 2nd Street between Mills Avenue South and Rainier Avenue South for the Downtown Utility Improvement Project (DUIP). Please visit the project webpage at https://rentonwa.gov/duip for more information.  Ongoing Trail Closure through Winter of 2020/21. Ripley Lane North Trail closure just north of the VMAC and the trailhead going north in support the WSDOT I-405 Renton to Bellevue Widening and Express Toll Lanes Project. Questions may be directed to Justin Johnson at 425-902-7172, or Kip Braaten at 425-757-9809.  To allow for reconstruction of the South 3rd Street intersections at Williams Avenue South and Wells Avenue South, road closures for the following dates are tentatively scheduled.
