See also https://cutt.ly/QxAkF6z PERMITS/REVIEW REQUESTED: Temporary Use Permit PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting a Tier II Temporary Use Permit, pursuant to Renton Municipal Code, Section 4-9-240, for the implementation of one mobile food truck, A Fire Inside, on a vacant lot located on the northwest corner of 116th Ave SE and SE 168th St (parcel number 0088000934). The proposed site location for the food truck parking would be in a gravel area on the southeast corner of the lot. The property is located within the Residential-8 (R-8) Zone and is 25,854 square feet in size. The mobile food vendor proposes to occupy the site daily, from 10am to 8pm. No seating is proposed for the temporary use.
