Please refer to the enclosed ERC Report and Decision for more details. Appeals of the environmental determination must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on April 12, 2021. Appeals to the Hearing Examiner are governed by RMC 4-8-110 and additional information regarding the appeal process may be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office, cityclerk@rentonwa.gov. Due to Governor Jay Inslee’s Proclamation 20-25 (“Stay Home, Stay Healthy”), the City Clerk’s Office is working remotely. For that reason, appeals must be submitted electronically to the City Clerk at cityclerk@rentonwa.gov. The appeal fee, normally due at the time an appeal is submitted, will be collected at a future date.. If the situation changes such that the City Clerk’s Office is open when you file your appeal, you have the option of filing the appeal in person. If the Environmental Determination is appealed, a public hearing date will be set and all parties notified. The proposed tenant improvement would occur within the norther 94,123 sq. ft. of the building. The proposed tenant improvements would provide approximately 77,735 sq. ft. of warehouse space and 16,388 sq. ft. of office areas (13,425 sq. ft. on Level 01 and 2,963 on a newly constructed mezzanine). A total of 93 parking spaces would be designated for the proposed tenant. No changes in the number of parking spaces or vehicular access are proposed as a result of this Tenant Improvement. An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This Determination of Non-Significance is issued under WAC 197-11-340. Because other agencies of jurisdiction may be involved, the lead agency will not act on this proposal for fourteen (14) days. Appeals of the environmental determination must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on April 12, 2021.
