AMENDMENTNO.5TOAGREEMENTFORCAG-20-336THISAMENDMENT,dated________________,isbyandbetweentheCityofRenton(the“City”),aWashingtonmunicipalcorporation,andPerteet,Inc.(“Consultant”),aWashingtoncorporation.TheCityandtheConsultantare referredtocollectivelyinthisAmendmentasthe“Parties.”OncefullyexecutedbytheParties, thisAmendmentiseffectiveas ofthelastdatesignedbybothparties.Whereas,theCityengagedtheservicesoftheConsultantunderAgreementCAG-20-336,datedSeptember24,2020toprovidenecessaryservicesfortheSafeRoutestoTransit—Transportation/OperationsDesignEngineeringServices—CAG-20-336(referredtohereinasthe“Agreement”);Whereas,thePartieswishtoamendtheAgreementtochangethescopeofwork,timeofperformanceandthecompensationinordertoaddrevised designservicesfortheOakesdaleAvenueSWsiteandadditionalWSDOTcoordinationandChannelizationPlansforApprovalsubmittal.NOWTHEREFORE,ItismutuallyagreeduponthatCAG-20-336isamendedasfollows:1.ScopeofWork:Section1,Scopeof Work,isamendedtoaddworkasspecifiedinExhibitA-5,whichisattachedandincorporatedherein.2.TimeofPerformance:Section3,TimeofPerformance,isamendedpursuanttotheschedule(s)setforthinExhibitA-5.AllWorkshallbeperformedbynolaterthanDecember31,2025.3.Compensation:Section4,Compensation,isamendedsothatthemaximumamountofcompensationpayabletoConsultantisincreasedby$11,150.00from$260,809.00to$271,959.00,includinganyapplicablestateandlocalsalestaxes.TheadditionalcompensationshallbepaidbaseduponWorkactuallyperformedaccordingtotherate(s)oramountsspecifiedinExhibitB-5oftheAgreement,whichisattachedandincorporatedherein.4.AlltermsoftheAgreementnotexplicitlymodifiedhereinshallremaininfullforceandeffectandsuchtermsshallapplytoWorkperformedaccordingtothisAmendmentasiffullysetforth
