We are writing to show support of the Asdourian remodel project - PR21- 000036 Asdourian House Remodel/ LUA21- 000025, SME, SSDP, V-A, V-H. The Asdourian family is a lovely addition to our neighborly lane. They are wonderful, thoughtful neighbors. They have been very well received by all of us longer term residents. We do not see anything prohibitive with their remodel project, and encourage the city to approve their plans. Granting the setback and height variances would not be a special privilege that others don’t enjoy. Approving their plans would not injure any other surrounding home owners.
