RE: Shoreline Management Substantial Development Permit for Verizon SEA Classics Revision

Dear Sir or Madam:
Enclosed is the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the above referenced project. The
permit was issued by the City of Renton on February 25, 2021. A Determination of Non-Significance
was issued by the City’s Environmental Review Committee on October 19, 2020. The appeal period
ended March 11, 2021, no appeals of the threshold determination were filed.
We are filing this action with the Department of Ecology and the Attorney General per WAC 173 -14-
