To whom it may concern,
I have a large cedar tree in my back yard that is showing signs of decay on the south side of the tree. The
newly constructed Renton Bible Church that is behind my house has expressed concern that this tree is
overhanging their new construction and it will potentially cause damage if anything were to happen with
the tree’s health. The tree has already caused damage to the neighboring fence between my property
and the church. We have deemed it prudent to remove the tree to further protect both pieces of
property.
The church has given me permission to use their property to place equipment utilized in the removal of
the tree. The tree removal company will access a walkway that boarders the property and will remove a
section of the shared fence in order to remove the tree. The tree removal company will park their trucks
in front of my property on Tacoma Ave and then access the tree site from both my back yard and the
church access point.
My property will still meet the minimum tree requirement as there are two other cedar trees present as
well as numerous arborvitaes along the East edge of the property.
