The trees are located in a fairly new development and are open to all wind forces from any direction, 3 of the trees meet high risk and high consequences of failure standards, removing only them would create a much higher risk of failure and impact for the remaining 2 firs. RECCOMENDATIONS; I recommend the trees be removed and replanting 3 Excelsa Cedar (Thuja plicata Excelsa) The lot size of this property is very small and there are existing Excelsa Cedars on either sides of the firs to be removed.
