Dear Mr. Grinsell,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on March 26, 2021.
Pursuant to your request for a secondary review of the submitted arborist report and associated analysis, your
project has been placed on hold.
The following information will need to be submitted before July 15, 2021 so that we may continue the review of
the above subject application:
Results of the secondary review of the subject arborist report to be completed by a third-party
consultant.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. The maximum
time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90) days of this notice. Please contact me at bgillia@rentonwa.gov if
