Thank you for reaching out to us with regard to Meadowvue. In looking at our records we actually have 3 project that have 4 active sureties that can be released once the project final
punch lists are complete. Some of these permits were constructed some time ago so I have included the project information for your reference.

Please call the construction inspection line at 425-430-7203 24-hours prior to starting work on the punch list as well as when you are complete with this work. Once we have confirmed
that this work is complete we will release the Surety Device.

Brad, hope all is well and your surviving. I am emailing you in regards to MeadowView and believe we are ready to get off bonds with the City of Renton. Please see attached for the off-site
sewer. I am not sure if this is yours or if I need to contact King County? Give me a call if you need to chat. Or lets plan to meet up here when you have time to do a walk through.
