4433CITYOFRENTON,WASHINGTONRESOLUTIONNO.4433ARESOLUTIONOFTHECITYOFRENTON,WASHINGTON,AMENDINGTHE2021/2022CITYOFRENTONFEESCHEDULE.WHEREAS,onNovember23,2009,theCounciladoptedOrdinanceNo.5509,whichremovedmanyleesfromtheRentonMunicipalCodeandconsolidatedthemintothe2010CityofRentonFeeSchedulebrochure,whichhasbeensubsequentlyamended;andWHEREAS,onNovember9,2020,theCityCouncilpassedResolutionNo.4422,adoptinganamendedfeeschedulefor2021and2022;andWHEREAS,itisnecessarytoapproveanamendedfeescheduleinordertomakeperiodicupdatesandcorrectionstoandreorganizethefeescheduleandtoincorporatefeeamendmentsincludedintheCity’s2021CarryForwardand1stQuarterbudgetamendment;andWHEREAS,itisfurthernecessarytoapproveanamendedfeescheduletoclarifythetimingofpaymentofpublicationfeesinSectionIofthefeeschedule;andWHEREAS,itisfurthernecessarytoapproveanamendedfeescheduletoremovethefollowingfeefromSectionIV.2ofthefeeschedule:“BoatLaunchRates:Additionalsticker(launchingpermit);”andWHEREAS,itisfurthernecessarytoapproveanamendedfeeschedulesettingforthlandusereviewfeesforrevisionsandmodificationstoconditionalusepermitsandplatsinSectionXIl.2ofthefeeschedule;andWHEREAS,itisfurthernecessarytoapproveanamendedfeescheduleupdatingSectionXII.3ofthefeescheduleto(1)clarifythatpursuanttoRMC9-10-9,publicagenciesaresubjectto1
