Assuming that the fence is part of the site, it would be removed as a part of the demolition. The applicant has proposed a 10’ wide landscape buffer along the north property line which should provide a significant amount of screening. I do not see a new fence shown on the plans, but it’s typical for developers to install a 6 foot privacy fence on the rear property lines of new subdivisions, so I would expect the same in this case.
