It was nice to meet you at the precon today. For reference and your record, the notes and a copy of the signed permit are attached.
The following summarized what was discussed at the precon:
* Nate went through highlights of the notes
* Nate discussed the need for the engineer of record to complete the department of health construction completion form (see general section item 10)
* Brad discussed expectations on installation of the fire hydrant
* Early contact with the franchise utilities was highly recommended
* Brad discussed need to CCTV the two existing side sewers to evaluate ability to line for re-use
