It was nice to meet you all today. Attached is a copy of the pre-con notes that were discussed at the pre-con today. The discussion was centered over process and procedures with the
following specific items of note:
* General Section item 10. Nate noted that the department of health form listed is not required for this project.
* General section item 16. Nate noted that at about 80% of the way through the project an email will be sent with a list of items that are required for closeout.
* Water section. Nate noted that this is not applicable as the project is in King County Water District 90.
* Nate noted that the pre-con notes might cover scope that is not specific to the project and if there are any questions contact Tom or Nate
* We discussed the driveway along the frontage, Nate said it would be taken back internally and would provide response in a couple of weeks.
* Nate noted that the permit was for the civil work only and that construction of the home required a building permit. To apply for the building permit please see the city website <https://rentonwa.g
