AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE BLOCK, THE ABOVE MENTIONED SURVEYS HOLD A DISTANCE OF 1.21 FEET TO THE CALCULATED INTERSECTION. THIS SURVEY ALSO HOLDS THE DISTANCE OF 1.21 FEET FROM THE MONUMENT TO THE CALCULATED INTERSECTION. PROPORTIONED ALONG THE RIGHT OF WAY OF N 34TH STREET AND N 35TH STREET TO ESTABLISH EAST AND WEST LOT DIMENSIONS. THE CENTERLINE OF THE ALLEY WAS CALCULATED AT THE MID -POINT OF THE RIGHT OF WAY BETWEEN BURNETT AVE N AND PARK AVE N. 7.
