RE: Shoreline Management Substantial Development Permit for Rogolo Townhomes

Dear Sir or Madam:
Enclosed is the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the above referenced project. The
permit was issued by the City of Renton on April 14, 2021. A Determination of Non-Significance was
issued by the City’s Environmental Review Committee on November 24, 2020. The appeal period
ended December 8, 2020, no appeals of the threshold determination were filed.
We are filing this action with the Department of Ecology and the Attorney General per WAC 173 -14-
