To reiterate and reconfirm, the Tamara and Mike Crisp of TRS will be available at the hearing, and TracFone does not need to issue subpoenas. I confirmed this verbally during the April 26 prehearing conference and again now via e-mail, so in my opinion, this has been sufficiently confirmed and does not need to be included in the Third Revised Prehearing Order. Attached is a draft prehearing order that I believe incorporates the new deadlines agreed upon by the parties at our last prehearing conference. The issue I'm most unsure about is the title of the document. As best as I can tell from my records, I issued a revised prehearing order, then the parties agreed upon a second revised order, making this the third revised order. Please let me know of any concerns, requested revisions by 5 pm, 5/12/21. If you need more time, just ask. Thank you.
