Attached are the notes that we discussed and below summarizes the discussion in addition to what is presented in the notes or points of emphasis. If you feel anything is misrepresented or was omit and needs to be updated please let me know. * Nate went through the precon notes * Brad discussed expectations for calling in work in addition to requests for weekend or off hours work must be made 3 days in advance * Nate discussed record drawings and in particular how the engineer of record will be required to complete a department of health construction completion form (see general item 10 for a link to the form) * Nate stated that at about 80% of the way through the project a closeout email will be sent identifying those items that will be required for completion of the civil permit * Nate requested that the projects CESCL contact information be provided to Brad and Nate * Erik S. to provide * Nate discussed conditions of approval for the not satisfied for the civil permit * Nate reiterated remaining items required for issuance of the civil permit * Payment of the final invoice and receipt/acceptance of the surety device * Mark G. asked about temporary water service. Brad informed that a hydrant meter can be rented from the City to provide water service. Nate informed that a permit would be required and that if desired to contact Nate for the permit. * Mark G. inquired about water meters. Nate informed that follow up would be required. * In review there are three water permits associated with the irrigation, domestic and fire services have been prepared for issuance with the building permit which is currently on hold but could be issued separately if needed. The 2” irrigation service meter will be provided and installed by City forces. The 3” domestic service meter will be provided by the developer and installed under the supervision of the City. The 6” fire service will be installed by the developer and the ¾” bypass meter will be provided and installed by City forces.
