Henry Moses Aquatic Center Pressure Washing Walk-thru
April 28th, 2021 (Wednesday) – 11:00AM
• Location:
o Henry Moses Aquatic Center (1719 Maple Valley Highway, Renton, WA 98057)
• Work Scheduled:
o Start Date (To Be Determined)
o Monday Through Friday – 8:30AM till 4:00PM
o This is a Prevailing Wage Project.
o Work Must be completed within 5 Business Days from Start of On-Site Work.
• Walk Thru of Work Area
o Questions can be asked during Walk through but once it has been completed; facilities cannot
answer questions after the walkthrough.
• Equipment & Chemicals:
o Commercial Grade Pressure Washing Equipment and Tools; Minimum 2000/3000PSI; 2.5 GPM.
o Environmentally Safe Pressure Washing Chemicals
• Expectations:
o Arrive on Time when scheduled.
o Coordination of Work to ensure adequate time to move equipment out of area to allow
pressure washing.
o Appropriate containment to ensure debris and dirt does not affect the pools.
o Pressure Washing of Pool Deck, Concrete Seating, Planter Boxes, and Trench/Deck Drains.
o Cleanup and Removal of all debris and trash associated with project.
• Bid Due Date:
o Deadline for Bids is May 5th, 2021 at 5:00PM.
o We will not accept Bids after the deadline.
o Bids must be Submitted Via Email and sent to egrube@rentonwa.gov
o The Lowest Responsible Bidder will be notified via Phone Call or Email that they have won the
Small Works Project.
o If you are not contacted within 1 week after the Deadline listed below; you have not been
selected for the Small Works Project
o If you want to find out about the winning bid or other bids, please submit a Public Records
Request at City Clerk’s Office.
