1.THIS DETAIL IS A SCHEMATIC REPRESENTATION ONLY. ACTUAL CONFIGURATION WILL VARY DEPENDING ON SPECIFIC SITE CONSTRAINTS AND APPLICABLE DESIGN
CRITERIA.
2.ACCESS ROAD AND RAMP SHALL MEET REQUIREMENTS IN STD. PLAN 234.50.
3.SIDE SLOPES (INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR) SHALL NOT BE STEEPER THAN THREE (3) FEET HORIZONTAL TO ONE (1) FOOT VERTICAL.
4.OPEN PONDS SHALL NOT BE LOCATED IN DEDICATED PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY OR ZONE 1 OF THE APA.
5.EXPOSED EARTH ON THE POND BOTTOM AND INTERIOR SIDE SLOPES SHALL BE SODDED OR SEEDED WITH AN APPROPRIATE SEED MIXTURE PER SECTION 5.1.1.1 OF THE
CITY OF RENTON SURFACE WATER DESIGN MANUAL (RENTON SWDM). ALL REMAINING AREAS OF THE TRACT MUST EITHER BE PLANTED WITH GRASS, OR BE LANDSCAPED
IN ACCORDANCE WITH LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED IN SECTION 6.4.1.2 OF THE RENTON SWDM.
6.ALL FACILITIES SHALL BE FENCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STD. PLAN 234.40.
7.LANDSCAPING, TREES, POND GEOMETRY AND FENCING STANDARDS ARE SPECIFIED IN STD. PLAN 234.40.
8.COMBINED DETENTION AND WETPONDS WITH WETPOOL VOLUMES LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 4,000 CUBIC FEET MAY BE SINGLE-CELLED (I.E. NO BAFFLE OR BERM IS
REQUIRED).
9.WHEN CONNECTING TO A NEW PIPE, USE A FLEXIBLE CONNECTOR (KOR-N-SEAL BOOT WITH CORRUGATED PIPE ADAPTER OR APPROVED EQUAL). WHEN CONNECTING TO
AN EXISTING PIPE, USE A FABRICATED SAND COLLAR OF THE SAME MATERIAL AS THE CONNECTING PIPE.
