Please accept this letter as the written record of Renton Housing Authority's understanding of the
geological risks associated with developing in an unstable area.
In the case that this building, or a portion of this building, is made available for purchase by the
Renton Housing Authority, the Authority agrees to advise/disclose the unstable potential of the
area to any prospective purchasers of the site, or any prospective purchasers of structures or
portions of structures on the site. All advisements or disclosures of the site's geological risk must
be delivered via written correspondence by the Owner. (Ord. 4835, 3-27-2000)
