Supplementary Report:
At the client’s request, ESNW rep was onsite to observe and test stormwater trench backfill at the Weatherly Inn
development.
Stormwater Trench Backfill:
EDSNW rep arrived onsite and observed contractor had excavated approximately 50’ of 3’ deep stormwater
trench West of the main building. Contractor placed approximately 18’’ of 5/8’’ minus crushed rock compacted
with a jumping jack beneath a 12’’ ductile iron stormwater line. ESNW rep used a ½’’ steel T-probe and
observed the subgrade to be suitably dense, firm, and unyielding.
ESNW rep will return as requested to continue observation and testing of further earthwork activities.
