I understand that Amanda Pierce from the City of Renton’s Surface Water Division has been working
with you to obtain permits for the City’s proposed Madsen Creek Flood Control Improvement Project. I
wanted to let you know that the City of Renton is taking Lead Agency status for the SEPA determination.
