Subject: Re: Renton COW-Temporary Use Permit LUA19-000314
Hi Alex-
I spoke with Verizon and they conveyed the information below. Let me know if this is sufficient.
Updated Proposed Timeline below:
Lease (F) 12/31/2021
Zoning Submit (F) 7/7/2021
Zoning Approved (F) 12/30/2021
BP Submit (F) 1/21/2022
BP Approved (F) 3/31/2022
CX Start (F) 4/4/2022
CX Complete (F) 5/31/2022
As an alternative, we are also talking to the same property owner about ground space only for
collocating antennas on a wood PSE utility pole– this is our back up..
As an aside, there is extensive work being done to this building, and they have redesigned their remodel
which required the additional permits – which we have heard are approved now.
The need for the cell-on-wheels is directly tied to the ability of CITC to finish their project.
The cell-on-wheels is only necessary due to the fact that CITC has not started their project, and that the
reason they have not started their project is due to circumstances outside of their control (and not due to
waiting on permit issuance).
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
