HomeMy WebLinkAboutAdden 2THISAMENDMENT,datedMay,2021,isbyandbetweentheCityofRenton(the“City”),aWashingtonmunicipalcorporation,andConcordEngineering(“Consultant”).TheCityandtheConsultantarereferredtocollectivelyinthisAmendmentasthe“Parties.”OncefullyexecutedbytheParties,thisAmendmentiseffectiveasofthelastdatesignedbybothparties.Whereas,theCityengagedtheservicesoftheConsultantunderAgreementCAG-20-052,datedFebruary27,2020,toprovidenecessaryservicesfortheTransportationNetworkMobilityEvaluation(referredto hereinasthe“Agreement”);Whereas,thePartieswishtoamendtheAgreementtochangethescopeofworkandchangethetimeforperformanceinordertomodifythedescriptioninTask2andextendthedateofprojectcompletion.NOWTHEREFORE,It ismutuallyagreeduponthatCAG-20-052isamendedasfollows:1.ScopeofWork:Section1,ScopeofWork,isamendedtoaddworkasspecifiedinExhibitA-2,whichisattachedandincorporatedherein.2.TimeofPerformance:Section3,TimeofPerformance,isamendedpursuanttotheschedule(s)setforthinExhibitA-2.AllWorkshallbeperformedbynolaterthanApril30,2022.3.Compensation:Section4,Compensation,isamendedsothatthemaximumamountofcompensationpayabletoConsultantisincreasedby$28,970from$34,450to$63,420,whichincludesanyapplicablestateandlocalsalestaxes.Theadditionalcompensationshallbe paidbaseduponWorkactuallyperformedaccordingtotherate(s)oramountsspecifiedinExhibitB-2.4.AlltermsoftheAgreementnotexplicitlymodifiedhereinshallremaininfullforceandeffectandsuchtermsshallapplytoWorkperformedaccordingtothisAmendmentasiffullysetforthherein.AMENDMENTNO.2TOAGREEMENTFORTRANSPORTATIONNETWORKMOBILITYEVALUATION27CAG-20-052, Adden #2-21
