The plans have been modified in the following manner: 1. We have shown the square footage of the proposed lots on the cover sheet under surveyor's notes. 2. We have shown the existing hotel structures on Parcels A and B, and have included the ground floor square footage and setbacks from the revised property line. 3. The City of Renton land use action number and the City of Renton land record numbers have been included on the plans in the areas indicated. 4. We have modified the legal description for Parcel A to identify "City of Renton Short Plat" instead of"S.W. 19th Lind Short Plat." 5. The existing legal description, as shown on Sheet 1, has been modified referencing the existing parcels as X, Y, and Z. The proposed lots will be labeled as A, B, C, and D. 6. The subject parcels are Lots 4 and 5 of the SW 19th Lind Short Plat recorded July 9, 1997, under Recording No. 9707099006 located near the middle of SW 19th Street between Lind Avenue NW and East Valley Road.
